Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, and Ibiza has quietly turned the last night of October into one of its best-value evenings of the autumn. There are no giant productions to queue for. Instead you get a monster parade through the old town, a terror tunnel staffed by live actors, a free short-film festival, village squares with DJs and live bands, and a handful of season-closing parties that make the most of the island's final big weekend. This is your guide to Halloween in Ibiza 2026, with a look at the rest of All Saints weekend and the first days of November.
Saturday daytime: markets, walks and a farewell lunch
Halloween in Ibiza starts gently. The Saturday markets are still running, so you can begin the day at the Mercadillo de Sant Jordi (from 08:00, on the old hippodrome site) for second-hand finds and vintage clothes, or at the Mercadillo Hippy de Las Dalias in Sant Carles (10:00–19:00, free entry, more than 200 stalls and live music). The Mercado de Forada in Sant Antoni also runs until 16:00 if you would rather fill a bag with local cheese, sobrasada and vegetables.
One change to know about: the Fira Gastronòmica des Calamar in Sant Carles de Peralta, planned for 31 October, has been postponed by the Santa Eulària town council following the national days of mourning, with no new date yet announced. If you had pencilled it in for lunch, check the council's channels before heading over.
Good alternatives are easy to find. The council's guided walk, Ruta Sant Carles, sets off at 10:00 from the village: a demanding 15 km along some of the most distinctive stretches of Santa Eulària's coastline, free of charge. For something sitting down, two venues are closing their concert seasons with free Saturday-afternoon sets: Can Jordi Blues Station hosts Little Green Hipo, the island's youngest band (13:00), and Raco Verd in Sant Josep closes with a Melomaniacs party (13:00). Later, Ca n'Esmeralda in Cala de Bou sends the season off with the flamenco group Ibossim from 16:00.
Families are well looked after too. TinyRavers x Parco: Trick or Beat is a free kids' Halloween rave in Sant Antoni from 11:00, and the Consell's family musical Coco. Recuérdame plays at the Recinte Firal in Ibiza Town at 18:00 on Saturday, with a second session on Sunday at 12:00.
Halloween night in Ibiza Town: the Monster Walk and the Terror Tunnel
If you only do one thing on the night itself, make it central Ibiza Town. From 17:00 make-up artists transform visitors into monsters at the statue on Passeig de Vara de Rey. At 21:00 the Monster Walk parade, hosted by La Mandarina Asesina, winds through the centre and finishes at the Monster Runway, where there are prizes for the best costumes. Entry is free and you do not need to book, so turn up in costume, or let the make-up team do it for you.
Part of the third Ibiza Halloween Festival, the Terror Tunnel at C19 (the Centre de Creació Jove) opens at 20:00: an escape-room style walkthrough with live actors, scares and challenges, free to enter. Expect a queue, so go early. Over at Teatre Can Ventosa, the festival's Balearic short-film session (18:30) is dedicated to local horror and fantasy, and it is also free. Rounding out the culture options, the dance-theatre production Sueños 2 plays at the Palau de Congressos at 18:30 for those who prefer their Saturday night with a ticket and a seat.
Prefer to leave the city? The Espantós Fest takes over the Plaça de Sant Jordi at 20:00, with Los del Varadero playing live and DJ Toni Torres on the decks. It is a proper village party in the main square, and a very different feel from town.
Where to dance on Saturday night
The clubbing options on Halloween are small, characterful and mostly free, which is part of the charm. Pikes Ibiza goes dark for its yearly Halloween, with doors at 21:00 and free entry, marking the final night of its 2026 season. Berlin DJ and producer Cinthie plays from 23:00, with classic house and Detroit roots on vinyl. If you want your Halloween with a Latin beat, Pa'l Bailador runs a salsa and bachata fancy-dress edition at Casanova Summum from 22:00 to 02:00, free entry.
At Las Dalias, Supernova closes its Saturday season with a free garden party from 16:00, then the club night at Akasha from 23:00 (tickets from €15) with Santiago Garcia, Igor Marijuan, Oriol Calvo and residents Shadeh & Sena. Underground fans can head to EsBirra for the TIMEmACHINE Halloween, an all-vinyl night with Dana Ruh, Hugo Martinez and Malambo (from €10).
And if the best part of any night out is the sunset, the Café del Mar Sunset Session #213 in Sant Antoni starts at 17:00 with free entry, a seafront terrace and the Balearic sound the bar has been known for since 1980. It is a lovely way to ease into the evening before the costumes come out.
Sunday 1 November: Tots Sants, music and a Mozart Requiem
All Saints Day is a public holiday across the island. Families visit the village cemeteries with flowers in the morning, and bakeries sell bunyols de vent and other autumn pastries, so it is worth picking some up. The shops are mostly closed, but the day has plenty to offer: the Sant Joan market and the Mercadillo Hippy de Las Dalias open from 10:00 and 11:00 respectively, the council's Autumn Bike Route starts a family cycling series from Sant Carles church at 10:00, and Sundays at Aubergine by Atzaró continues with food and live music from 12:00.
The highlight is the free Mozart Requiem at Ibiza Cathedral in Dalt Vila at 12:00, marking 270 years since the composer's birth, with the Laudate Dominum and the Requiem in D minor. Arrive early, because free concerts here fill quickly. In the evening, Can Bernat Vinya in Sant Josep opens November with flamenco, rumba and sevillanas from 20:00, free entry. For something quirky that evening, there is also the Halloween festival's closing awards at Can Ventosa at 12:00, and a Día de Muertos edition of Nido at Las Dalias and Akasha (from €10).
Early next week: Sant Carles and a quieter pace
From Monday the island settles back into a slower rhythm. On Wednesday 4 November Sant Carles de Peralta celebrates its patron saint with a mass and procession at midday, traditional folk dancing by the Colla de Sant Carles and a hippy market through the village streets. The same day, the AMAE collective exhibition opens at the Centre Cultural de Jesús (4–20 November), and the weekly Group Social Trail Run (€4, all levels, 09:00) heads out through pine forest and coast trails.
Thursday evenings are for music: Ibiza Vinyl Club returns to Las Dalias Café for its free weekly MicroRave (from 19:00), Azahar López plays at Cas Costas (20:00), the duo Sam & Iván bring blues and soul to Can Jordi (20:00), and the comedian Comandante Lara y Cía. plays Can Ventosa at 21:00. The XVII Ibiza Humour Festival continues on Friday 6 November with Isabel Rey at Can Ventosa (from €20).
Practical tips for Halloween weekend
- Book what needs booking. Most Halloween events are free, but the Palau de Congressos show, Supernova, TIMEmACHINE and the chamber-music closing concert at Centre Cultural de Jesús (19:00, €10) sell tickets, so buy them ahead.
- Clocks have changed. Sunsets come early now, so plan outdoor walks for the morning and leave plenty of time to get back before dark.
- Dress for the weather. Late October nights can be cool and breezy, particularly in an open-air square.
- Getting around. Buses run on reduced autumn timetables and evenings are limited, so arrange a taxi or a designated driver for the villages.
- Check before you go. Events in the quiet season can change at short notice, as the postponed Fira des Calamar shows. Confirm times with the organiser.
Halloween in Ibiza is not the island's loudest night, and that is exactly the point. It is a chance to see the town, the villages and the live-music scene at their most local before winter settles in. Browse the full listings on ibiza-calendar.com to plan your own route through the weekend.
