Saturday's big three: Black Coffee, elrow and The Masquerade
Saturday night splits between three rooms, each doing something different with house and techno.
Black Coffee takes over Hï Ibiza in Playa d'en Bossa from 23:30. The South African producer's sets are built for exactly this kind of night — deep, warm, unhurried house that rewards patience over spectacle, played through one of the most technically precise sound systems on the island. The masked selector's deep and tech house sets have built a reputation for elegance over excess, and Club Chinois's intimate scale suits it — this is the pick for anyone who wants a proper dancefloor without the scale of the bigger rooms. A free pre-party warm-up runs earlier at Café Mambo in San Antonio if you want to start the night watching the sun go down first.
Sunday's answer: Carl Cox and Bedouin close the weekend
Sunday doesn't ease off. Carl Cox headlines [UNVRS] from 23:30 — the kind of booking that needs no further explanation to anyone who has followed house and techno for more than a few years, and tickets from €50 reflect a lineup built around one of the genre's genuine originators. Book ahead; nights like this sell through their cheaper tiers fast.
Across town, Club Chinois turns Sunday over to Bedouin Presents Saga (23:30, €35–45), the New York-via-Ibiza duo's own melodic, organic-sounding take on house that has become one of the more distinctive residencies to land on the island this year. If Saturday's Claptone night appealed, this is the natural Sunday follow-up in the same room.
Also worth knowing about on Sunday: Eden in San Antonio runs its regular Eden Presents night from 23:45 (from €25), and Ibiza Rocks' pool deck hosts an R&B Affair from 14:00 for anyone who wants a full-sun, day-into-night session rather than a late start.
Free and low-cost alternatives: a full moon, a water party and live music
Not every good night this weekend needs a ticket.
LUNAR: Corn Moon at Beachouse Ibiza in Playa d'en Bossa (Saturday, from 19:00, free) is built around September's full moon — Mediterranean food and cocktails around the table first, then the night opens into a beachside gathering with music and dancing as the moon comes up over the water. It's one of the more atmospheric free options on the island right now, and reservations for the dining side are worth making in advance even though entry itself doesn't cost anything.
Fiesta del Agua at Es Paradis in San Antonio (Saturday, 23:45, €30–40) is the water party the venue has run for decades, built around the moment "Singing in the Rain" drops and the amphitheatre floods from the ceiling.
