Sixteenth-century defence tower, also called Torre des Carregador, standing at the southern end of Platja d'en Bossa inside the Ses Salines natural park. Built to guard the salt loading yards from pirates, it offers a sweeping view of Formentera, the full sweep of the beach and Ibiza Town to the north.
