Open since 1983 on the road between Sant Josep and Cala Tarida, S'Espartar is one of the temples of traditional Ibizan cooking. Rice dishes, fresh fish and seafood are the specialities, including bullit de peix with arròs a banda, frita de calamar, sofrit pagès and caldereta de langosta, served on a hillside with sea views.
