A restored 18th-century flour windmill on the hill above Puig d'en Valls, a few minutes from Ibiza Town. It is one of the few Ibizan mills conserved with its original wooden machinery and canvas sails intact. Opened to visitors as a working example of the island's pre-industrial agricultural heritage.
