X Fira de la Sal (Ibiza Salt Fair)

Tenth edition of the fair celebrating Ibiza's long relationship with salt production, held at the Ses Salines salt pans near Sant Jordi. Demonstrations of traditional salt harvesting, guided tours of the natural park, food, local crafts and folk dancing.
