Experience the ancient art of traditional Ibizan bread-making at this authentic hands-on workshop led by master bread-maker Vicent Marí Serra "Palermet" at the enchanting rural estate of Ca n'Andreu des Trull, Sant Carles de Peralta, Ibiza, on Saturday 28 March 2026 from 09:00 to 14:00. Pan pagès — the dense, flavourful, salt-free rustic loaf that has nourished islanders for centuries — is the centrepiece of this immersive morning session, where participants learn to mix, knead, shape and bake this iconic Balearic bread from scratch, guided by one of the island's most knowledgeable traditional bakers. Beyond the bread itself, the workshop also covers complementary flour-based preparations — including traditional savoury accompaniments — that complete the full picture of Eivissa's extraordinary baking heritage. Organised by Ajuntament de Santa Eulària des Riu as part of the Sabors d'Eivissa programme, this free workshop is one of the most authentic cultural experiences available in Ibiza in March 2026.
