Celebrate Easter in the most flavourful way possible with "La Cocina del Cordero" — a free hands-on cooking workshop dedicated to the art of Ibizan lamb cookery at the Escola de Hoteleria d'Eivissa in Sa Coma, Ibiza, on Friday 27 March 2026 from 16:00 to 19:00. Lamb holds a special place in Ibizan culture, particularly during Pascua (Easter), when families across the Balearic Islands gather around roasted, stewed and braised preparations that have been passed down through generations. Led by talented local chef Marga Orell, this workshop explores the diverse techniques and traditions of lamb cooking in Eivissa — from classic roasted leg to slow-cooked stews and lesser-known heritage preparations — revealing the incredible versatility of this ingredient and its deep roots in the island's pastoral history.
