The monthly Sundays—May 24th, June 28th, July 26th, August 30th, and September 27th—blend house music, Mediterranean views, and the signature champagne spray that defines the experience. The open-air setting transforms afternoon into evening party, with performers and constant entertainment threading through the day. The concept traces back to 1960s France but has found its definitive home on Ibiza's south coast. Previous editions have hosted DJ Cameo, Jon Rocca, Kenzie, Leon Eales, Molly D, Oneil and Parris Taylor, each delivering the infectious beats that fuel the poolside energy. The white and rosé spray becomes part of the choreography—a practical spectacle that catches light and catches attention in equal measure. What sets Ibiza Spray apart is its consistency.
