Festival Barruguet – Family Theatre Festival in Santa Eulàlia des Riu

Each year at the end of May, the streets, squares, and theatres of Santa Eulàlia des Riu become a magical stage for the Festival Barruguet — Ibiza's beloved annual family theatre festival, where around 20 national and international theatre companies bring their shows to the island for a memorable weekend of performing arts for all ages. From Friday 29 May to Sunday 31 May 2026, audiences young and old can enjoy a rich programme that combines ticketed indoor shows at the Teatro España and Palacio de Congresos de Ibiza with completely free open-air performances in the Plaça d'Espanya, the Passeig Solidari, and roaming through the main avenues of the town.
