Festa del Vi Pagès de Sant Mateu 2026

Held in the village square since 1993, this free public tasting of vi pagès — Ibiza's traditional country wine — is one of the most distinctive dates of the island's autumn. Wine made in the Albarca valley is poured straight in the plaza alongside sobrassada, butifarró grilled over coals, toasted bread and live music. No ticket or booking needed.
