Directed by acclaimed Spanish filmmaker Icíar Bollaín and starring Mireia Oriol and Urko Olazabal, this powerful biographical drama tells the true story of Nevenka Fernández — a 24-year-old councillor in Ponferrada who, in the year 2000, became the first woman in Spain to successfully prosecute a senior political figure for sexual harassment. Her courage, long before the #MeToo movement existed, made her a pioneer and a symbol of resistance.
