3rd Ibiza Potato Fair — Sant Josep

This Sunday brings a new edition of the Ibiza Potato Fair in Sant Josep de sa Talaia in honour of the most renowned product of the island's market gardens, of greatest economic importance to our farmers and an essential ingredient in our cuisine. It coincides with the celebration of the Festa de Sant Isidre.
